The project involves the redevelopment of an existing corner site in Glen Waverley into a new Medical Centre with a general medical practice on the ground floor and a “cold/warm-shell” area on the first floor to accommodate future allied medical services.

The ground floor clinic has 8 consulting rooms, reception, waiting area, treatment room, practice manager office, administration storage areas, staff and public toilets and well appointed staff amenity area.
