An historically significant landmark building and survey point located on top of Melbourne’s highest peak. Left abandoned for several years, our client negotiated a long term lease with Parks Victoria with a vision to return the dual level facility to its former glory. Baenziger Coles were engaged to create a comprehensive refurbishment, extension and renovation programme to enable the upper level to cater for events whilst providing for a contemporary bistro facility on the ground floor. The facility now earns the reputation as one of Melbourne’s premier function venues.
