Baenziger Coles was engaged to assist the City of Boroondara with the development of the new Tennis Club Facilities at 550 Burke Street in Camberwell, VIC. The new Club Facility replaces a building that sat hard up against the footpath on Burke Road on a very tight but public site close to the centre of Camberwell’s commercial district. The challenge of the project was to positively address the street as much as the needs of the tennis court on a very limited budget.
